
Yep, this blog is all about touching grass… for some is unexistence but it keeps the ecosystem running. Outside is a magical place, walking 3 miles and watching different type of birds, land, and peace within you. You might’ve walked in a park and feel more relax then before thinking to yourself, “Wow I should’ve thought this before my emotions get to me.”
Going outside can be terrifying (if your live in a bad area) but if your in a suburb is super peaceful. You won’t hear bombs going off, or death, nor screaming, nor dangers around, just nature speaking to each others: Birds chirping, cute bunnies hopping around, leaves falling, flowers blooming, insects eating fruits, there’s nothing like it like nature. I studied a bit of Buddhism during my time and I loved the concept of Buddha and his inner feeling of calminess and connecting w/ nature. emphasizes a respectful and non-aggressive relationship with nature, viewing it as both a source of sustenance and a reflection of our own inherent nature. They believe in recognizing humans are part of nature, and depends on it encouraging simple lifestyle unlike the western world that minimizes harm to the environment, prioritizes well-being for everybody.
I mean look at Buddhist mental thinking. THey don’t feel angry, or hate, nor a negative thoughts on their minds. they’re simply just chilling. No Stress, no harm, just peace within. Life is complicated but don’t always back upon the negative, look after the positive and you will feel peace inside of you. “Outside is a magical place”
