FEAR OF JUDGMENT CAN BE ONE OF THE BIGGEST LIMITING FACTORS IN OUR LIFES. This holds back more than failure itself. Many dreams die early because WE’RE AFRAID OF WHAT OTHERS MIGHT THINK.
2. Embracing the cringe is nescessary for growth. Everybody had gone some cringy stuff and we learn from it. Looking awkward or inexperienced at the beginning is normal and natural. You have to act LIKE a creator, speaker, or leader before you become one. Trying is cooler than pretending not to care. Look back how successful people did. Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg didn’t suceed in the beginning. They and we had a long way to making it. In the beginning you wont automatically become the best of a subject you need to learn, work hard, not caring what ppl think, and discipline.
NEVER GIVE UP
3. Not all criticism deserves your attention. – Valid criticism comes from people who care about you, understand your context. Dont let rsndom comments from strangers or peers derail your goals. There are such things as “Haters” who will downplay you all the time. Theres a reason why the quote “Haters gonna hate” exist.
4. You will always care a little – and that’s okay. Caring what others think is part of being human. Just don’t let it overpower your voice or prevent u from living authentically.
5. People notice you way less than you think. Most of the embarrassing moments we obsess over are forgotten by others quickly. Thanks to the spotlight effects, we overestimate how much people pay attention-they’re too busy thinking about themselves.
Hopefully this helps.
