Wikipedia – “Freedom” is a Eurodance track by Swiss artist DJ BoBo, released in September 1995 as the fourth and final single from his second album, There Is a Party (1994). The song, co-written and co-produced by DJ BoBo, includes vocals by Natascha Wright and Lisa Noya. It became a top-10 hit across Europe, reaching high chart positions in Austria, Finland, Germany, and Switzerland. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it peaked at No. 15 in November 1995 and ranked No. 57 on the year-end chart. The single earned a gold certification in Germany for selling over 250,000 copies. Outside Europe, it also charted in Australia. The music video was directed by Frank Paul Husmann-Labusga, who had previously worked on DJ BoBo’s videos for “Let the Dream Come True,” “Love Is All Around,” and “There Is a Party.”
